Direct raw material sourcing and digital inventory tracking are the backbone of VirtusMFG. We partner directly with certified mills in South Korea and China, stocking over 100,000 yards of fully traceable technical cordura, aramid fabrics, and certified armor for reliable bulk production.
Use Automation & Technology
Evolving from pure hand-crafting traditions, VirtusMFG has invested heavily in digital manufacturing. Our production lines utilize automated laser fabric cutters, computerized pattern digitizers, hot-melt adhesive bonding, and precision machinery for unmatched stitching consistency.
Prototyping & R&D
Rapid, precise prototyping bridges the gap between design concepts and bulk production. Our in-house R&D department develops patterns from technical tech packs, supported by our seam-sealing waterproof lab and in-house Darmstadt abrasion testing machines to ensure CE readiness.
